Basically, this switch works like the original part, but offers some improvements:
1. It builds slightly shorter to the outside, which avoids contact with the starter motor. This was often a problem.
2. Instead of a copper tongue, we have installed a contact made of spring steel. This increases precision and prevents bending in the long term.
3. The paper seal on the original was almost always leaky. This switch is sealed via an O-ring on the shaft.
