Many gearboxes leak at the cover. This is due to the construction itself, but also to wear. The result is leaks at the shift shaft and at the clutch pressure piece.
We rework both places.
1. Shift shaft:
A special O-Ring is installed so the shaft is ever so slightly tighter. The original part was undersized out of the factory.
2. clutch pressure piece:
Since the housing is usually already worn out here, it is spindled on by approx. 1mm. Therefore there must be a new pressure piece. Our pressure piece also has 2 O-rings for sealing, and it is slightly longer to achieve better lateral guidance.
