CNC-machined rear wheel drive, installed in the rubber star of the rear wheel. Often worn, the teeth break over the years.
But even with new parts, especially accessories, there are problems. Especially with performance-enhanced engines and sidecars, the connection between the teeth and the plate tends to break.This is due to the construction itself, and also the material choice.

Our hubs are made from steel with a strength of 1100 N/mm². Nothing on this part is welded; it is all milled from solid material. The teeth are not punched, but rather pressed tooth by tooth. Although this is more complex to manufacture, the result is a stable drive. The price is far below that of the original. Special attention has been paid to the gearing/plate connection, which is stronger here. Thanks to our CNC production made in Germany, we can guarantee this, as well as 100% compatibility with the other original parts. |
