Valve Guide, replacing.
Worn valve guides must be replaced. We used highest quality material for our guides, far superior to original material. The old guide is removed, without damaging the bore in the cylinder head, the new guide is then shrink fitted for a tight fit. Finally it is reamed and honed to fit the valve stem correctly according to Moto Guzzi specifications.
Price is for replacement of one valve guide.
In case the guides bore is damaged due to previous attempts, we have to repair the bore and install oversize guides. Extra charge for this service is 36,- Euro per guide.
