We perform the glass blasting process in our own pneumatic blasting chamber with a closed loop system. Old aluminium parts look like new, but with a densified surface. This makes is less sensitive for new stains.
Only completely dismanteled housings should be blasted, as it is almost impossible to avoid glass beads getting inside.
Further, parts have to be degrased before blasting, to avoid the glass from sticking, after blasting we must thouroughly clean the parts again to remove even smallest glass particles.
For this, we use a special engine cleaning unit.
Price is for dismanteled parts, or parts that will be dismanteled by us for rebuild.
