Gearbox 5-Speed completely restored

Completely restored, glass bead blasted 5-speed gearbox for:

V7-Sport, 750-S, 750-S3, 850-GT, 850-T, 850 T3, T4, LM-1, LM-2, LM-3, LM-1000, 1000-S, 1000-SP, V 1000-G5, 850 T5, Cali-2, Cali-3, Mille GT, SP-2, SP-3, Cali-1100, Cali-1100 i, Cali-Spezial, Cali-EV, Stone, Jackal, Quota, Quota ES.

First of all: These gearboxes are not new parts. They have not been available for a long time and cost almost 4000 Euros at the end. They are used gearboxes restored by us in our manufactory with a design for 80,000 km mileage and more.

The scope of restoration:

Complete disassembly.
Cleaning the housing and glass bead blasting, then cleaning again.
Clean and measure the interior.
Replace defective parts, with special attention to pitting of the gears.
Replace all bearings, seals and oil seals.
New gearbox pre-selector spring.
Clutch wheel in new (fine-spline) toothing.

Gearboxes are carefully distanced, all parts are within factory tolerance. We do not have partially worn wheels, shift forks, shaft splines or sliding sleeves. If outside factory tolerance, the part is replaced. The dreaded spring for the gearbox preselector is always replaced with a new original part.

We cannot offer these gearboxes in exchange as it was the case in the past. Too many "specialists" had sent us gearboxes assembled from scrap.

The gearboxes are only available in small numbers due to the disastrous situation for high-quality spare parts.
