Nikasil-coated cylinders, 1st choice, manufactured in Italy. Unlike many accessory suppliers, however, we are not satisfied with this. The tolerances are often far outside the permissible range. That's why we measure every single cylinder set for the correct running clearance, ovality and taper to ensure maximum service life. With us, you don't get rejects with the motto ‘it will last’, but dimensionally accurate parts according to the specifications of the Guzzi factory in Mandello, including a correct honing pattern. Since we have been doing things this way, we have never again had an ominous seizure that nobody could explain. |
