Description
Crankshaft adapter T3/V7, with fixing screw.
This is required if:
A newer crankshaft (T3 etc. with tapered stub) is to be installed in a V7 engine with overhead alternator. This adapter is mounted on the crankshaft taper, the V7 belt pulley is screwed onto the adapter.
Or:
A newer engine (e.g. T3,SP etc.) is to be fitted with the V7 alternator for visual reasons. In this case, of course, the front cover of the V7 is required.
Other minor modifications are required, please ask us in advance.

We have fitted the adapter with a 27 mm hexagon at the front. This allows the engine to be turned easily and precisely to adjust the ignition or valves. |
